Creating the License File - ICOBOL

In the same package with the ICOBOL plug there is a PRODUCT ACTIVATION KEY CARD. See the example below.

1. With your favorite text editor create a file called System.lic. Type in the information from the Product Activation Key Card exactly as it is shown on the card. This information is case sensitive. See example below.

    System.lic Example:

    *ICOBOL Runtime License
    LIC 01-SERIAL-00002217-ICRUN-A-AIX-00017

    *Application Interface License with IND_API

2. Save your System.lic file in the MC directory on your server's hard drive. Verify that the file was not saved as System.lic.txt.
